Wir haben umfirmiert: Allianz Cert wurde All-Cert

Environmental Management will always be done in a so called " 2 Phase Audit" e. g. it is always necessary to have a preliminary discussion or pre audit within your company. In this preliminary discussion our experienced auditors assess the current environmental situation in your company. By this, the final scope of the certification audit will be fixed. If desired, we make a detailed check of your environmental management documents in advance, considering the specific procedures within your enterprise and an environmental audit of your location. About this, you receive a detailled report, which gives you valuable hints and reassurance for the execution of the certification audit.

The target of environmental management systems is different of (other) management systems. Main objectives for these systems, based on the internationally used standard DIN EN ISO 14001 or fixed in the EU environmental directive EMAS ( Eco- Management and Audit Scheme),  are the protection of the environment and  the energy saving usage of resources. The goals however are different: here the customer and there a variety of environmental questions from interested parties including the own company. Due to the implementation of eco management systems, the company can gain big advantages as it is obliged- maybe for the first time- to get a clear picture about the usage of energies/resources like electricity, water, oil, paper etc. Of cause, the same is also valid for the disposal side.

Some important advantages, resulting from the implementation of eco management systems, are:

  • Risks resulting from negative influences on the environment will be recognized
  • For the general public, the image of the company will be presented in a positive way
  • The value of the company will increase
  • In points of law and liability issues, security will be increased

As the entrepreneurial proceeding for the implementation of eco management systems needs similar  structures as quality management systems, it is advisable and comman practise to first implement a quality management system and later an eco management system.
